申子“名”思想之解析

摘　　要：人们普遍认为申不害是法家"术治"思想的代表人物,事实上"名"思想也是其思想体系的重要组成部分。研究申不害的"名"思想对于理解申不害的整个思想体系有着不可或缺的作用。"名"与道、法、术存在着重要区别,"名"是保证君主统治合理性的根本原则,"名"最终要落在具体的统治方法上。Although it is widely accepted that Shen Buhai is a representative of the Legalistic ＂ governance under the rulers＇ manners＂,his thought of ＂ Reason and Regulation＂ is an important part of his ideology. Knowing this will help understand his whole thought system. By analysing this thought,the author proposes that Shen＇s ＂ Reason and Regulation＂ is greatly different from his ＂ Dao＂, ＂ Law＂,and ＂ Manners＂,is the fundamental principle to ensure the reasonableness of the monarchy,and is ultimately put into effect on the specific ruling methods.
