摘 要:为了达到储藏装置空间可调、通风透气、节约能源且安全保鲜的目的,设计了一款可伸缩式恒温冷藏箱.基于Solidwoks建立三维结构模型,设计了控制系统电路,并利用热力计算方法分析冷藏箱在不同容量时的消耗功率及耗电量.实验结果表明,冷藏箱在实际应用中较家用冰箱一年最高可节约70%的耗电量,具有储藏容积大、空间利用率高、高效节能等优势,为后续冷藏箱恒温特性研究提供了一定的参考和理论依据.In order to realize the goal of adjustable storage device space, good ventilation, energy conservation as well as safety and freshness, a scalability refrigerator with constant temperature was designed. A 3D structural model was established based on Solidworks, and the control system circuit was designed. With the thermodynamic calculation method, the consumed power and electricity consumption of refrigerator under different volume capacities were analyzed. The results show that the refrigerator can save up to 70 percent of electricity consumption a year in the practical application compared with the household refrigerator, and has such advantages as large storage capacity, high space utilization, high efficiency and energy conservation. Moreover, the present study can provide certain references and theoretical basis for the following research on the constant temperature characteristics of refrigerator.
