摘 要:目的:观察上皮间质转化(EMT)相关蛋白E-cadherin、N-cadherin及Snail在子宫内膜异位症相关卵巢癌(EAOC)的表达情况,探讨其与EAOC的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测30例EAOC组织、30例单纯卵巢子宫内膜异位症(EMs)组织中E-cadherin、N-cadherin、及Snail蛋白的表达情况。结果:E-cadherin、N-cadherin及Snail蛋白在EAOC组织中的阳性表达率分别为30.0%、83.3%、90.0%,在EMs组织中的阳性表达率分别为76.7%、33.3%、40.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在EAOC组织中,E-cadherin蛋白呈低表达,N-cadherin及Snail蛋白呈高表达,E-cadherin、Ncadherin及Snail蛋白表达与患者年龄、肿瘤直径、病理类型均无关(P>0.05),E-cadherin、N-cadherin与临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),Snail与临床分期有关(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性检验示,E-cadherin蛋白与N-cadherin、Snail蛋白在EAOC中的表达水平呈负相关(r=-0.416,P<0.05;r=-0.457,P<0.05),Snail蛋白与N-cadherin蛋白在EAOC中的表达水平呈正相关(r=0.667,P<0.05)。结论:E-cadherin、N-cadherin及Snail蛋白均参与EAOC病变的进展,Snail可能通过调控E-cadherin、Ncadherin蛋白的表达,进而调控异位子宫内膜的上皮间质转化过程,促进EAOC的发生及转移。Objective: To investigate the expression of epithelial-mesenchymal transformation( EMT) related protein E-cadherin,N-cadherin and Snail in endometriosis-associated ovarian cancer( EAOC),analysis the correlation between EMT and the clinical features of EAOC. M ethods: Using immunohistochemistry( SP) to examine E-cadherin、N-cadherin and Snail in 30 cases of EAOC and ovarian endometriosis( EMs),respectively. Results:The expression rate of E-cadherin、N-cadherin and Snail in EAOC was 30. 0%,83. 3% and 90. 0%,in EMs was76. 7%,33. 3% and 40. 0%( P 〈0. 05). The high expression of N-cadherin and the low expression of E-cadherin in EAOC were associated with its clinical stage and lymph node metastasis( P 〈0. 05),but not age,tumor size and histological type. Higher expression levels of Snail were associated with clinical stage( P 〈0. 05) negative correlation existed between expression of E-cadherin and N-cadherin、Snail in EAOC( r =- 0. 416,P 〈0. 05; r =-0. 457,P 〈0. 05),while positive correlation existed between expression of N-cadherin and Snail( r = 0. 667,P 〈0. 05). Conclusions: E-cadherin、N-cadherin and Snail take part in the progression and development of EAOC,Snail may enhance the EMT of endometriosis through regulating the expression of E-cadherin and N-cadherin and promote the development and metastasis of EAOC.
