高职会计专业“学岗对接,虚实融合”人才培养模式改革探究

摘　　要：人才培养模式改革是近年来各大高职院校进行的一项重要改革。本文介绍了山东商务职业学院会计系根据会计专业建设实际,依托调研,确定会计专业人才培养方向,构建"学岗对接、虚实融合"的人才培养模式,优化实施分方向多技能的人才培养方案。In recent years, the reform of talent cultivation mode is the major reform of Higher Vocational Colleges. According to the actual construction of accountant specialty, Shandong Business Institute determines the talent cultivation direction of accountant specialty; builds ＂abutment of learning and career, Integration of virtual and real＂ talent cultivation mode; perfects classific and multi-skilled talent cultivation program on the basis of research.
