CT在胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨计算机断层扫描(CT)在胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤中的诊断价值。方法选取2012年2月至2014年7月本院收治的胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤患者60例为研究对象,比较术前CT检查结果与术后病理学检查结果的差异,观察肿瘤CT影像学特点。结果术前CT检查结果与术后病理学检查结果比较的Kappa系数为0.692,说明术前CT检查结果与术后病理学检查结果具有高度一致性;胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤平扫、动脉期和静脉期CT值分别为(40.28±5.39)、(45.27±9.28)和(49.29±10.11)HU,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);CT增强扫描肿瘤实性部分动脉期呈轻度强化,而门静脉期扫描可进一步强化,呈渐进性填充。结论 CT检查在胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤中具有较好的诊断价值,胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤具有一定的特征性CT影像学表现。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of CT in solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas. Method 60 patients with solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas from February 2012 to July 2014 in our hospital were selected as objects of study, preoperative CT examination results and postoperative pathological examination results were compared, and observed CT imaging features of tumor. Result The Kappa analysis coefficient of preoperative CT examination results and postoperative pathological examination results was 0.692, the results of preoperative CT examination were highly consistent with the results of postoperative pathological examination. The CT values of solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas in plain scan, arterial phase and venous phase were（40.28±5.39）,（45.27±9.28） and（49.29±10.11） HU respectively, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the arterial phase of the CT enhanced scan tumor was slightly enhanced, portal venous phase scan can be further strengthened, progressive filling. Conclusion CT examination is valuable in the diagnosis of solid pseudo papillary tumor of pancreas, solid pseudo papillary tumor of pancreas have certain characteristic CT imaging performance.
