摘  要:目的研究牡蛎提取物软胶囊对缓解体力疲劳功能的效果。方法 ICR种雄性小鼠随机分为低、中、高剂量组和阴性对照组,剂量组分别灌胃给予0.30、0.60、1.80 g/kg·bw的牡蛎提取物软胶囊内容物,同时阴性对照组给予植物油,在连续灌胃30 d后,对小鼠进行负重游泳试验、血清尿素、肝糖原和血乳酸测定。结果与对照组比较,高剂量组小鼠的负重游泳时间(531.3±140.8)s和肝糖原含量(25.83±4.56)mg/g明显增加、小鼠血清尿素含量(7.24±1.13)mmol/L明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各剂量组小鼠体重和血乳酸曲线下面积与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牡蛎提取物软胶囊具有缓解体力疲劳功能的作用。Objective To evaluate the alleviating physical fatigue function of oyster extract soft capsule in mice. Methods Male ICR mice with the body weight of 18 - 22 g were randomly divided into 4 groups, including low - , medium - and high - dose oyster extract soft capsule groups, and the negative control group. Mice in the three dose groups were administered intragastrically with 0.30, 0.60 and 1.80 g/kg. bw oyster extract soft capsule respectively, while mice in the negative control group were administered intragastrically with edible vegetable oil. After intragastric administration for consecutive 30 days, loadedswimming time, serum urea content, liver glycogen and blood lactate content were measured. Results Compared with the negative control group, the loaded - swimming time (531.3 ±140.8)s and glycogen content (25.83 ±4.56)mg/g of the mice in the high - dose group increased significantly, but serum urea level ( 7.24±1.13 ) mg/g decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). No statistically significant differences were found in body weight and the area under curve of blood lactate between each dose group and the negative control group (all P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Oyster extract soft capsule has the function of alleviating physical fatigue.
