摘　　要：目的利用"减法设计"的相关理念,为现代书籍的个性化设计及可持续发展提供有益的智力支持。方法通过对"减法设计"的内涵表述和功能表述,来探讨现代书籍设计中"减法设计"的应用及其重要性。结论利用高度概括的设计元素可以为书籍营造出丰富的阅读层次和简约、独特的版面效果,有利于更好地表现出书籍的主题,体现书籍内容的本质,从而创造出形式简洁、内涵丰富和视觉冲击力强的优秀书籍作品。It aims to make a useful support on the personalized and sustainable development of modern books by the concept of the ＂subtraction design＂.It discusses the application and importance on the ＂subtraction design＂ of modern books design by the connotation and function expression on the ＂subtraction design＂.It creates a rich layers of reading and simple,unique layout effect by the highly generalization of the design elements for the book,in favor of better demonstration of the theme of the book and the nature of the contents of the book,so as to create a concise form,rich connotation and strong visual impact of outstanding literature works.
