跨学科日汉翻译的实践探索——以翻译《徳川日本における漢訳西洋暦算書の受容》为例

摘　　要：在翻译日本学者小林龙彦《徳川日本における漢訳西洋暦算書の受容》过程中,认识到外语学者跨学科翻译数学史著作存在数学史知识欠缺、历史译名与现代术语混用、译文不符合数学表述习惯等难题。通过该书中外国人名、数学术语以及数学内容的翻译实践指出了跨学科翻译时外语学者和数学史学科专业人士合作的必要性。阐明了数学史著作跨学科翻译中应该遵循学科语言特点的翻译方法与原则。In translating Acceptance of Chinese Books on Western Calendrical Calculations in Tokugawa Japan by Professor Tatsuhiko Kobayashi, the authors of this paper experienced and perceived the difficulties of a foreign language learner in translating works on mathematical history, which includes lack of subject knowledge, mixed employment of traditional translated terms and modern ones, and inconformity with mathematical language, etc. The necessity of cooperation between foreign language learners and related subject professionals is also emphasized through examples of translating the names of foreigners as well as the mathematical terms and theories. It is also noted that the translating principles and methods of following the subject linguistic features should be observed in interdisciplinary translation of mathematical works.
