成人教育:新型农民工城市融入的有效路径

摘　　要：在我国社会经济转型期,新型农民工俨然成为农民工群体的主力军。由于自身素质的限制与城市的排斥,他们在城市立足面临一定困难。作为社会服务性的成人教育,可以使新型农民工提高职业技能、培养综合素质、拓展人际交往、转变自我认识,是新型农民工城市融入的有效路径。要为新型农民工开展职业培训、建立社交平台、增加素养教育和进行心理疏导,促进他们全方位地融入城市。In Chinese social and economic transition period,the new migrant workers have been the main body of migrant workers.Due to limitations and exclusions of their own quality of the city,they have too many difficulties to live in the city.As a social service educational form,the adult education is able to rise the new migrant workers professional skills,develop their comprehensive qualities,expand their interpersonal relationships and change their self-awareness.So the adult education is the effect path of new migrant workers＇ urban inclusion.Starting vocational training,setting up social platforms,adding to literacy education and carrying out psychological counseling to promote them achieve the urban inclusion successfully.
