摘　　要：十六大以来,党面临各种执政考验和风险,必须不断加强党的先进性建设、社会主义先进文化建设和社会主义核心价值体系建设。社会主义先进文化是马克思主义政党思想精神上的旗帜,党的先进性建设同社会主义先进文化建设在本质上是一致的。先进文化建设是党的先进性建设的重要体现,也是党的执政文化发展的必然要求。建设马克思主义学习型政党,加强党的先进性建设和社会主义先进文化建设,特别是社会主义核心价值体系建设,成为党的执政文化建设新的发展路向。Since the 16^th CPC national congress,the Party has faced all kinds of test and risk.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of CPC＇s progressiveness,socialist advanced culture and core value system.The socialist advanced culture is a spirit banner of Marxist Party,and essentially,the construction of CPC＇s progressiveness is consistent with the socialist advanced culture building which is an important embodiment of the construction of CPC＇s progressiveness,and an inevitable requirement of the Party＇s ruling culture building.To establish the Marxist learning-oriented Party,and to strengthen the construction of CPC＇s progressiveness and socialist advanced culture,especially the construction of socialist core value system,has become a new trend of building the Party＇s ruling culture.
