大学生创新训练计划对预防医学生的影响

摘　　要：通过结合作者指导大学生创新训练计划的实践经历及对参加过大学生创新训练计划项目的郑州大学预防医学专业学生的访问调查,发现大学生创新训练计划对预防医学生的创新能力、动手能力、团队合作意识和与人沟通的能力等方面都有所提高,并且对培养具有超强专业素养,具有一定实践能力、创新能力和发展潜力的应用型预防医学人才有很大的影响。By combining authors＇ practical experience of guiding undergraduate training program for innovation with surveys of preventive medicine students who took part in undergraduate training program for innovation, we found that the program enhanced preventive medicine students＇ ability of innovation, operational ability, teamwork spirit and ability of communicating with others. In addition, it has a great influence on training applied preventive medicine talents who had strong professional quality, certain practical ability, innovative ability and development capability.
