内外资双溢出背景下外资流入分析

摘　　要：从中国资本市场的供求现状出发 ,在内外资双溢出背景下 ,分析国外资本大规模流入的动因 ,结合双缺口模型分析的同时 ,指出该模型的片面性 ,并根据中国经济转轨时期特殊状况对该模型提出几点修正意见 ,同时提出几点相应的利用外资的对策。Based on the present conditions of the supply and demand in Chinese capital market, the article is mainly about the analysis of the factors that cause the entrance of large scaled foreign capital when both the domestic and the foreign capital are overflowing. According to the analysis of the 'Double openning pattern', its one sidedness is also mentioned about the transfer of the mold is added here and some modest advice on how to utilize the foreign capital more efficiently is also proposed in this article.
