摘　　要：角膜的胶原纤维对维持角膜的透明状态起着主要作用,因此,角膜的生物力学特性的变化影响着眼球的屈光改变。近年来,对角膜的生物力学特性及其对角膜疾病影响的研究越来越多。本文将探讨角膜的材料结构、力学特性的测量方法及其在眼部相关疾病的研究。The collagen fiber of cornea plays a major role in maintaining transparent state, as a result, the change ofbiomechanical charac- teristics will impact refractive of the whole eye. In recent years, a lot of research is on the biomechanical characteristics of the cornea and its effect on corneal disease.This article explores the material structure, mechanical properties measurement of the cornea and research of ocular in the related diseases.
