舒芬太尼联合布桂嗪对腹腔镜结肠癌术后Galectin-3VEGF及CD105水平影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒芬太尼联合布桂嗪对腹腔镜结肠癌术后血清Galectin-3、血清VEGF及CD105水平影响。方法:收集我院结肠癌需进行腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者72例,根据自身病情进行腹腔镜结肠癌根治术。术后对照组予布桂嗪。实验组在对照组基础上加用舒芬太尼。分别于两组患者手术前、术后第1天及第3天进行血清Galectin-3、VEGF及CD105水平测定,并对患者术后2h、8h、24h、48h、72h进行VAS疼痛评分;术前、术后1个月采用WHOQOL生存质量表简表进行生存质量评分。结果:1手术后第1天、第3天两组患者血清Galectin-3、VEGF及CD105水平均下降,与对照组比较,实验组三项指标均下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2治疗后两组患者疼痛评分均下降,生存质量WHOQOL评分均上升,与对照组比较,实验组疼痛评分下降更明显、生存质量评分升高更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒芬太尼联合布桂嗪能更显著提高腹腔镜结肠癌根治术术后患者血清Galectin-3、VEGF及CD105水平,对改善患者疼痛、提高患者生活质量有重要意义。Objective： To study the effect of sulfentanyl combined with bucinnazine on the postoperative serum levels of Galectin-3,VEGF and CD105 in patients with laparoscopic colon cancer（ LCC）. Method： 72 cases with LCC in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups： control group and experiment group.According to their own diseases,two groups received laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer. After operation,the patients of control group were treated by bucinnazine,while those in experiment group were provided sulfentanyl on the basis. The serum levels of Galectin-3,VEGF and CD105 were measured before surgery,on the first day and the third day after surgery in two groups.The VAS pain scores were compared at the time of2 h,8h,24 h,48h,72 h after surgery between them.The scores about quality of life were tested by WHOQOL Brief Scale before operation and 1 month after operation. Result： Compared with before treatment,the levels of Galectin-3,VEGF and CD105 decreased on the first day and third day after surgery,but the three indicators in experiment group were much lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the pain scores reduced and the WHOQOL scores about quality of life increased in both groups,but the changes of such indicators in experiment group were more obvious than in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Sulfentanyl combined with bucinnazine enhanced significantly the postoperative serum levels of Galectin- 3,VEGF and CD105 in patients with laparoscopic colon cancer and is important to improve the pains and life quality of the patients.
