摘 要:目的 为快速检测川盐、海藻碘盐等盐中的碘含量,满足碘盐监督、监测实际工作的需要,建立一种川盐快速定量检测方法(简称新方法)。方法由哈尔滨医科大学中国疾病预防控制中心病因与流行病学重点实验室(简称本实验室)及5个国内验证实验室利用碘酸钾碘盐标准物质、川盐及海藻碘盐对新方法进行精密度和准确度评价。结果精密度:本实验室和5个验证实验室检测高、中、低浓度碘酸钾碘盐标准物质,海藻碘盐及川盐三类样品的日内和日间变异度(RSD)均〈10%;准确度:高、中、低浓度碘酸钾碘盐标准物质测定结果分别在各自的参考范围内;海藻碘盐和川盐加标回收率均〉90%;与国标方法比较,新方法检测高、中、低浓度碘酸钾碘盐标准物质差异无统计学意义(P均〉0.05)。结论成功建立川盐快速定量检测方法,新方法简单、快速、准确、易行,在碘盐监测工作中可以得到广泛应用。Objective Our study aims to detect salt iodine content such as Sichuan salt and seaweed iodized salt rapidly to meet the needs of monitoring work, a fast quantitative detection method (Referred to as "New method") has been set up. Method An evaluation on accuracy and precision of this method was conducted using standard iodized salt, Sichuan salt and seaweed iodized salt by Key Laboratory of Etiology and Epidemiology and other 5 laboratories. Results The results showed that precision: the variation degree of both day and daytime 〈 10% in all of the laboratories. Accuracy: standard iodized salt was within their respective references. The recovery of standard addition was 〉 90%. No statistical significant was found in the salt iodine content detected either by this method or the National Standard method (all P 〉 0.05). Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate and easy to operate, which can be widely used in the iodized salt monitoring work.
