金属烤瓷全冠修复早期隐裂牙保存活髓的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨金属烤瓷全冠修复早期隐裂牙保存活髓的临床效果。方法 随机抽取2011年1月-2013年1月在我院口腔科接受治疗的124例早期隐裂牙患者为观察对象,随机将其分为对照组（n=62）和实验组（n=62）,对照组患者接受常规治疗,实验组患者接受金属烤瓷全冠修复治疗,分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 实验组早期隐裂牙患者临床治疗后半年、1年和2年总有效率均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 早期隐裂牙保存活髓患者临床治疗过程中应用金属烤瓷全冠修复技术,具有较为满意的临床效果,且患者近期疗效和远期疗效均明显优于常规治疗,可作为患者临床首选的治疗技术,具有较高的推广应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of metal porcelain complete crown in repairing early cracked vital pulp conservation. Methods Early cracked teeth patients from January 2011 to January 2013 of our hospital were randomly selected as study object,and were randomly divided into control group （n=62） and experimental group（n=62）.Patients in control group were given comprehensive measures,patients in experimental group were given metal porcelain complete crown.Clinical treatment effect in two groups were analyzed retrospectively. Results The total effective rate in experimental group after treatment for half an year,one year and two years were obvious better than those in control group,and the treatment effect of save live pith between two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using metal porcelain complete crown in early cracked teeth save the live pith has satisfy clinical effect,and both of the early and late effect of patients are better than routine comprehensive treatment.So it can be a first-line treatment for patients and with higher popularize and application value.
