海南高校开展阳光体育运动的现状与对策

摘　　要：基于阳光体育运动的精神实质,采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计及逻辑分析等方法,对海南高校开展阳光体育运动的现状进行调查研究,发现海南高校开展阳光体育存在运动项目区域特点不足、学生参与锻炼局限性大、体育资源匮乏等问题,并结合海南岛特殊的地理位置、气候环境等因素,提出了符合海南特殊地理环境的特色阳光体育运动发展方向,为海南省校园阳光体育运动的可持续发展提供参考.The study,based on the spirit of the sunshine sports,by adopting the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,conducted a research of the current situation of sunshine sports at colleges and universities in Hainan.It has found that the sunshine sports movement at colleges and universities in Hainan has the following problems：lack of regional characteristics of sports items;the limitation of students participation in sports;and lack of resources etc.Combined with the factors such as the special geographical location of Hainan Island and its climate environment,the special sunshine sports development in line with the special geographical environment in Hainan is presented as reference for the sustainable development of the campus sunshine sports in Hainan Province.
