摘  要:针对机车牵引用永磁同步电机过电源分相区断电-重投时电流和机械冲击大的问题,设计了一种闭环的断电-重投瞬间冲击最小寻优重投控制系统。在永磁同步电机三相瞬态数学模型的基础上,从正弦基波和带有谐波分量的PWM调制电压波形出发,分析了断电-重投瞬间冲击产生的原因。根据分析结果,对控制时重投瞬间的给定转速进行了设定,对位置进行了实时的修正和补偿,引入了模拟逆变器的概念,以减小重投瞬间机械开关引起的机械冲击。最后,设计了一个具有实时监测和修正能力、拥有最终决策权的寻优控制器。经仿真和实验对比,验证了本文对瞬态冲击产生机理分析的有效性及设计的控制系统在减小断电-重投瞬间冲击强度的积极作用。A closed-loop transient optimizing control system was investigated in this paper, to reduce the current and torque impacts of permanent magnet synchronous motor used in traction engines when passing split-phase insulator and rejoining on power with a high speed. Firstly, this paper analyzed the impact cause when power down-rejoining on based on transient mathematical model of PMSM, considering the influence factors of the harmonic part of PWM modulation and fundamental sine voltage. Accordingly, a special value was found for the power rejoining on given speed of the closed-loop control system. For the power rejoining on position, there was a real-time correction and compensation. The concept of analog inverter was introduced to reduce momentary mechanical shock caused by mechanical switch when power down-rejoining on. Lastly, this paper designed an optimization controller which had the functions of real-time monitoring, parameter correction and final decision. The experiments and simulations verified the designed rejoining on optimizing control system.
