健脾抗癌方改善晚期胃癌患者生活质量的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价健脾抗癌方对晚期胃癌患者症状及生活质量的的影响。方法把已确诊的晚期胃癌患者80例随机分为治疗组40例,对照组40例。其中治疗组采用健脾抗癌方联合化疗。对照组:单纯化疗。结果两组患者中,治疗组在缓解乏力、改善纳差,提高生活质量等与单纯化疗相比有显著性差异。结论健脾抗癌方在治疗晚期晚期胃癌时能缓解患者部分临床症状,提高生活质量,且组方简单,安全可靠,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To evaluate the influence of Jianpi Kang＇ai prescription in improving the quality of life of patient with advanced gastric cancer. Methods 80 cases of advanced gastric carcinoma were randomly divided into treatment group of 40 cases and control group of 40 cases. The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Kang ＇ ai prescription combined with chemotherapy. The control group received chemotherapy. Results In alleviating fatigue,improving appetite and the quality of life,the two groups had significant difference.Conclusion Jianpi Kang＇ai prescription can alleviate clinical symptoms in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer patients,improve the quality of life,and the formula is simple,safe and reliable. It is worthy of clinical application.
