摘  要:伴随着国内水处理行业的迅速发展,产量巨大的污泥亟需找到新的资源化方式。本研究利用正交实验方法设计制备污泥吸附剂,并在此基础上考察了制备过程中各因素对吸附剂表面结构及吸附性能的影响,结果表明:微波功率、辐照时间、磷酸浓度以及磷酸污泥质量比均会显著影响污泥基吸附剂的表面官能团、孔结构以及吸附性能,但各因素对三者的影响程度并不相同;以孔结构、表面官能团以及吸附性能为考察指标时,获得的最优污泥基吸附剂制备工艺条件并不相同;污泥吸附剂是一类性能优良的有机污染物吸附剂。综合考虑亚甲基蓝、酸性品红以及碘的吸附时,污泥基吸附剂的最优制备工艺条件为:微波功率420 W,辐照时间16 min,磷酸浓度40%,磷酸污泥质量比0.5∶1。The production of sludge arises along with the rapid development of waste water treatment industry. It is an urgent problem that find a new way of reusing sludge. Taking structure properties and adsorption capacities as the factors and using orthogonal experimental method to reflect the performance of sludge adsorbent. Four different factors included radiation power,radiation time, the concentration of phosphoric acid solution and the mass ratio of sludge and phosphoric acid solution were studied and compared during the preparation process to inspect how they affect the performance of sludge adsorbents. The experimental results showed that all factors could significant influence the volume of surface functional groups total pore volume,average pore diameter and adsorption capacities of sludge adsorbents. However, specific to disparate performance parameter,influence degree are not identical. Using different performance parameters of adsorbent as the index to optimize the preparation process of the sludge adsorbent, the different optimal parameters would be found. But the sludge adsorbents could be regard as an potential adsorbents of treating organic pollutants. Using composite index of adsorbent as selection standard to optimize the preparation process of the sludge adsorbent, the optimal parameters are as follows: microwave power of 420 W, radiation time of8 min, concentration of H_3PO_4 solution of 40% and the mass ratio of sludge and phosphoric acid solution of 0.5∶1.
