摘  要:电控燃油喷射系统作为柴油机的核心部件,其喷油量的准确性直接影响着柴油机的燃油经济性能和排放性能。为研究电控燃油喷射过程各因素对喷油量准确性的影响,本文设计搭建了电控燃油喷射系统试验平台,利用正交试验设计的方法分析了喷油脉宽、共轨压力、油箱温度、喷油频率、喷油次数等因素及其交互作用与喷油量的相关关系,得出显著因素与指标之间的定量关系。分析结果表明:在99%置信度下,喷油脉宽、轨压及喷油脉宽与轨压的交互作用对喷油量的影响高度显著,喷油脉宽对喷油量的影响比轨压明显;在80%置信度下,轨压与喷油频率的交互作用和油箱温度对指标有一定影响。上述研究结果可为改进完善试验台的设计,提高试验参数的准确性、稳定性提供重要的参考依据。Electronic fuel injection system is the core of diesel engine, and its accuracy of fuel injection quantity directly affects the fuel economy and emission performance of the diesel engine. To study the effect of factors in electronic control fuel injection process on fuel injection quantity, an electronic control fuel injection test beach was built up and by using the orthogonal design on the beach, and analyzed the correlation between fuel injection quantity and the influential factors such as injection pulse width, common rail pressure, temperature of gasoline, fuel injection frequency, number of injection and interaction, and got the quantitative relation between the significant factors and index. Analysis results showed that under 99%confidence degree, injection pulse width, common rail pressure and their interaction on fuel injection quantity were highly remarkable, and injection pulse width was more sensitive than common rail pressure; under 80% confidence degree, the interaction of common rail pressure and fuel injection frequency, temperature of gasoline had some influence; fuel injection frequency and number of injection had no influence. This Investigation had an important directive significance to perfect the design of a test beach and to improve the accuracy and stability of the test parameters.
