《伤寒论》大青龙汤证原文析疑

摘　　要：《伤寒论》中大青龙汤证原文见于第38条和第39条,原文的描述存在着诸多疑点,例如,前条曰:"太阳中风,脉浮紧",后条曰:"伤寒,脉浮缓",看似自相矛盾,历代各家对此也有不同的认识。比如,有的医家认为是文字错简,有的医家认为是风寒两伤,还有的医家认为是溢饮,争议了上千年,众说纷纭,莫衷一是。但实际上,如果想要弄清楚原文的含义,还得回归到最根本的问题,即何谓"伤寒",何谓"中风",以及仲景对二者的应用都有哪些,得知其真相,才能解开疑团。There are two items of original texts referred to Daqinglong Decoction in Shanghan Lun： the 38 th item and the39 th item. The description of the original texts exists many doubtful points,for example,the former saying Zhongfeng and the latter saying Shanghan seemingly contradictory. Different people have different understandings about it,such as some holding the opinion that the original texts are wrong,some harboring the idea that the disease is hurt by both the wind- evil and the cold- evil,some contending the view that the disease is the edema,etc. In fact,if we want to find out the real meaning of the original texts,we mustreturn to the fundamental problems,namely the meaning of Zhongfeng and Shanghan as well as their usage by Zhongjing. Only knowing the truth can we solve the mystery.
