摘 要:研究目的:在温度应力、列车动载、风化等综合作用下,个别CRTSⅠ型轨道板出现裂纹、掉块等病害,存在更换轨道板的可能。本文依托未开通运营的新建线路裂损轨道板的更换实例,研究不锯轨条件下更换CRTSⅠ型轨道板的可行性,以期为我国运营线路天窗时间内更换轨道板提供参考。研究结论:(1)采用抬轨方案,依靠常规工装,能克服轨道吊调度不便、桥下便道不通等实际困难,从而避免无缝钢轨切割;(2)主要更换过程为:先松扣件、凿凸台和抬钢轨后,通过板底安放滚轴,侧向抽拉裂损轨道板至线间,顶升后用双向牵引平板车转运至吊装点,经接触网中间吊出,新轨道板按此程序反向操作复位,完成轨道板更换;(3)采用特制工装和相应快硬材料,可大幅缩短作业时间,有望在无砟轨道天窗时间内完成轨道板的更换。Research purposes: Under the comprehensive function of thermal stress, weathering, diseases of individual CRTS I slab appear such as cracked, chip off - falling, new one in the future. (3) A method for using special equipment and rapid -hardened mortar is proposed, which will greatly reduce construction time, and the process of slab - replacing can be finished during maintenance gap in the future.
