东北林蛙(Rana dybowskii)越冬期的生殖激素动态研究

摘　　要：为了解东北林蛙在越冬期内生殖激素的动态,本研究自2013年11月至翌年3月每月从吉林市朝亮林蛙场采集雌、雄成体林蛙各10只,经处死后自心脏采集血液,分离血清,用酶联免疫法测定雄蛙血清中Gn—RH,FSH,LH和雄激素水平;测定雌蛙血清中GnRH,FSH,LH,孕酮和雌激素水平。结果表明:雌、雄林蛙血清GnRH水平在越冬期间均呈下降趋势,但雄蛙的GnRH呈现较大的波动性;血清FSH和LH水平呈现明显的上升趋势,且雌、雄蛙自1月至3月的变化剧烈;越冬期内,雌蛙血清中的孕酮水平呈明显上升趋势,而雌激素水平则呈波动性下降;越冬期雄蛙的血清雄激素水平波动明显,且1月份最高。本研究提供了林蛙在越冬期生殖激素水平发生着显著变化的依据,并揭示了生殖内分泌的基本动态规律,为林蛙养殖及生殖生理研究提供科学参考。In order to understand the dynamic changes of reproductive hormones in R. dybowskii, 10 male and 10 female adult brown frogs were collected once a month from November to next year March. First, sample frogs were sacrificed to collect blood from ventricle of the heart. Then, serum samples were separated, which were used to determine GnRH, FSH, LH and androgen for males, and GnRH, FSH, LH, progesterone and estrogen for females. The results showed that the serum levels of GnRH in both male and female had a downward trend, but a large volatility of GnRH was found in males. There was an obvious rising trend in the serum levels of both FSH and LH, which varied intensively during the time from January to March. During wintering period, there was a rising trend of serum progesterone in females, which was opposite to the serum estrogen. For the androgen in serum of the male, an obvious volatility was found during wintering period, and the peak of serum androgen level was found in the sample of January. This study provided scientific evidence of chan- ging greatly of reproductive hormone level during the over-wintering stage in R. dybowskii, revealed the basic dynamic of reproductive endocrine regulation, and provided scientific references for breed- ing and reproductive physiology research of brown frog.
