摘 要:针对某轻卡燃油箱在热害试验过程中出现燃油箱表面温度过高的问题,对燃油箱进行结构、位置等原因分析。基于FLUENT模型,对燃油箱在各个工况点下进行热流场仿真分析,在温度超标的位置添加隔热罩,保证油箱表面的温度在设计要求之内,并对添加隔热罩后的油箱进行热流场仿真分析和试验验证。结果表明,添加隔热罩后的油箱,满足整车的热害要求。通过分析,为今后的产品开发提供有效借鉴。During the process of thermal pollution test of a pick-uptruck,found that the problem of the fuel tank temperature is too high.The reasons were fuel tank locationand fuel tank structureetc.Based on FLUENT program,The fuel tank of heat flow field simulation analysis is carried out under the working condition of each point,Add heat shield in the location of the temperature exceeds bid,ensure that the surface temperature of the fuel tank in the design scope.And after adding heat shield to the fuel tank of heat flow field simulation analysis and experiment validation.The result show that,after adding heat shield can satisfy the demands ofvehicle thermal damage tank.Through,for the following product development provide effective reference.
