摘　　要：随着义乌国际贸易综合改革试点工作的推进,对国际物流人才的需求越来越大,如何培养经济发展所需的大量人才,开始成为政府和企业的一个重要课题。通过对义乌企业所需国际物流人才技能素质的分析,构建人才培养框架,结合地方经济特点,研究其推进策略。With the development of the comprehensive pilot reform of Yiwu international trade industry, the demand of international logistics talents is becoming bigger and bigger. How to cultivate the talents needed by the economic development has become an important subject for the government and enterprises. It is necessary to construct the framework of talent training and combine features of local economy to study the advancement strategy, by analyzing technical talent of international logistics talents of Yiwu enterprises.
