静水称重法测坦桑石密度的不确定度评定

摘　　要：依据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,按照GB/T 16553-2010《珠宝玉石鉴定》中4.1.9(密度法)的原理,建立了坦桑石密度的数学模型,对影响测量结果的各个因素进行了分析,并对各个分量所引入的不确定度进行了计算。该不确定度评定方法适用于同类型实验的不确定度的评定。Based on JJF1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement and the principles of the section 4.1.9（densimetry）of GB/T 16553-2010 Gems Testing,a mathematical model for Tanzanite density measurement has been established.Each factor which may affect the result of a measurement has been analyzed and the uncertainty brought in by each component has been calculated.This uncertainty evaluation method applies to the uncertainty evaluation of similar experiments.
