摘 要:针对国内几十台汽轮机高中压合缸转子的渐进式弯曲故障,探索抑制高中压转子渐进式弯曲的方法。以某电厂1台高中压转子为例,建立该转子的动力学模型,研究不同平衡方案下该转子的动载荷与弯矩分布,结果表明:在转子中部增加足够配重能有效抑制渐进式弯曲的继续发展,并且建议在高中压转子中部所加配重占总配重的80%以上,尽量减小转子中部高温区域的截面弯矩。在此基础上,提出抑制或阻止高中压转子渐进式弯曲的阻弯动平衡方法。实践证明,该方法实施效果显著,有效地阻止了多台机组高中压转子渐进式弯曲的发展。In view of the fault due to the progressive bent in HP-IP rotors of many steam turbines in domestic power plants, the solutions were investigated to avoid the bend. Using a HP-IP rotor as an example, the dynamic model was established, and the dynamic load and moment distribution of the rotor with respect to different balance was researched. The results indicate that enough counter weight added in the middle of rotor is able to control the progressive bend effectively, and it is suggested that the counter weight added in the middle shall be over 80% of the total to decrease the section moment of high temperature area in the middle of rotor. Accordingly, the dynamic balance method is also proposed. The method has been actually proved to be effective to control the progressive bend for many turbine rotors.
