摘　　要：应用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对安徽省高校专业组篮球队教练员进行调查研究。结果表明:安徽省高校专业组教练员整体执教水平有限。虽然教练员的年龄结构相对合理,学历层次和职称相对较高但是教练员的专职化程度较低,实战经验相对欠缺,在选拔教练员的形式上过于单一,教练员的考核和奖励机制不够健全而且岗位培训机会较少。By the literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other research methods, Anhui university professional group basketball coaches are studied. The result shows： the coaching of Anhui colleges professional group coaches overall is limited, although coaches, age structure is relatively reasonable, relatively high education levels and titles but low degree of full-time coaches, the relative lack of combat experience, the selection of coaches is too simple, the evaluation and incentive mechanism of the coaches are not perfect and the job training opportunities are few.
