摘 要:结合半主动式升沉补偿装置的补偿原理,设计了带有双驱动齿轮-双齿面直齿条机构的倍增程式机械驱动游车大钩升沉补偿系统,并对其工作原理和补偿过程进行了分析,再结合AMESim仿真软件建立起了升沉补偿液压缸、大钩载荷、气液蓄能器和驱动齿轮-直齿条等系统组件的倍增程式补偿数学模型。仿真结果表明:新型升沉补偿系统的整体补偿效率可达到95.6%,补偿效果较好,系统能耗曲线因补偿电机的持续运转呈现连续上升趋势。补偿系统中随驱动齿轮半径增加,大钩升沉位移逐渐减小使补偿效果提高,而对系统能耗影响较小;随比例系数增加,大钩升沉位移和系统能耗曲线呈现先增加后趋于缓慢的趋势;随平台升沉周期增加,补偿效果变好,系统能耗降低;随大钩载荷增加,系统能耗呈线性增加。Abatract:Combined with the compensation principles of semi-active heave compensation device,a multiplication process traveling block hook heave compensation system was designed,which was driven by double driven gear-two tooth face straight rack mechanism,and its working principles and compensation process were analyzed.Then coupled with the AMESim simulation software the compensation mathematical models of system components were establish such as heave compensation hydraulic cylinder,hook load,gas liquid accumulator and driven gear-straight rack.The simulation results show that:the whole compensation efficiency of new heave compensation system can reach 95.6%and the compensation effect is good,the system energy consumption curve shows a trend of rising because the compensation motor running.With the increases of radius of driven gear in the compensation system,the hook heave displacement decreases gradually and the compensation effect is improved,and have the smaller influences on the system's energy consumption.With the proportion coefficient increases,the curves of the hook heave displacement and system energy consumption show a trend of increases firstly and then tends to slow.With the increase of platform heave cycle,the compensation effect becomes good and system energy consumption reduces;with the increase of hook load,the system energy consumption increases linearly.
