摘　　要：随着优质护理服务的深入开展,患者的睡眠质量已成为护理服务的重要内容之一,通过对住院患者睡眠障碍的评估方法、主要原因、对机体造成的不良影响及护理措施进行综述,以期为睡眠障碍的住院患者提供更加专业化、人性化的护理服务,以改善其睡眠质量,促进疾病康复。Along with the in-depth development of high quality nursing service,the patient＇s quality of sleep has become one of the important contents of nursing service;based on the relevant evaluation method,the main reason of the hospitalized patients with sleep disorders,adverse effects on the body and its nursing measures for hospitalized patients with sleep disorders were summarized,so as to provide more specialized,humanized nursing service for improving their sleep quality,promoting disease rehabilitation.
