摘　　要：以海南省东方市为例,针对欧洲投资银行贷款海南省珍稀优质用材林可持续经营项目,在增加森林资源总量,提高森林覆盖率,保障木材安全的基础上,通过项目的实施对当地生态环境的影响进行分析与评价,提出了环境保护措施,阐明了珍稀优质用材林可持续经营项目实施的重要意义,为珍稀优质用材林可持续经营环境保护方面提供理论参考。Using the EIB-funded rare and high-quality timber forest sustainable management project in Dongfang City of Hainan Province as an example, the impact of this project on local ecological environment is analyzed. Assessed on the basis of increased forest resources, increased forest coverage and guaranteed timber security, before environmental protection measures are proposed and the benefits of this project explained to inform the environmental protection aspect of sustainable management of rare and high-quality timber forests.
