Optimize for Enzymatic Hydrolysis Extraction of Resveratrol from Peanut Rhizoma by Central Composite Design and Response Surface Methodology

摘  要:对酶解法提取花生根茎中的白藜芦醇工艺进行研究,确定最佳酶解提取工艺。以纤维素酶用量、酶解时间、料液比为自变量,以白藜芦醇提取率为因变量,通过对自变量的不同水平进行多元线性回归及二项式拟合,采用星点设计-响应面法优化白藜芦醇提取工艺,并进行预测分析。结果表明:酶解法提取花生中白藜芦醇的最佳工艺为:纤维素酶用量50 mg/g,酶解时间20 h,料液比1∶12(g/mL)。To make sure the best enzymolysis extraction process, enzymatic hydrolysis extraction of resveratrol from peanut rhizoma was investigated. Taking cellulose dosage, emzymolysis time and solid-liquid ratio as independent variables,overall extraction of resveratrol from peanut rhizoma as dependent variable,each level of independent variables was fitted by multiple linear regression and binomial formula fitting,extraction prosess was optimized by response surface method,and prediction was carried out through comparing the observed and predicted value.The results showed that the optimum conditions for enzymolysis were: cellulose dosage 50 mg/g,20 h for enzymolysis and solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 12(g/mL).
