摘 要:样品中加入盐酸-氯化钠溶液酸化,超声波辅助提取。提取液中加入乙酸钠缓冲液和2,4-二硝基苯肼衍生液,于50℃水浴衍生化后过滤膜上机。同时对鱼柳中的甲醛含量进行检测,以评估鱼柳中的本底甲醛。最终甲醛次硫酸氢钠的含量为甲醛次硫酸氢钠的测定值与甲醛的测定值之差。结果表明,此方法线性良好,r^2=0.999 97;样品加标回收率在92.3%~102%之间。The sample was acidified after adding hydrochloric acid-sodium chloride solution,then extracted by Ultrasound-assisted. The sodium acetate buffer and 2, 4-dinitrobenzene hydrazine derivative liquid were added in extraction solution, had derivatization by water bath at 50 ℃, it was detected after filtered. At the same time,the formaldehyde content in the fish fillets was detected. The content of hydroxymethanesulfinic acid monosodium salt dihydrate was the difference between the measured value of hydroxymethanesulfinic acid monosodium salt dihydrate and formaldehyde. The result showed that the method was a good linear, r^2=0.999 97.The recoveries was between 92.3 % and 102 %.
