摘  要:利用台架试验,开展乙醇柴油发动机燃烧过程对助溶剂感受性的研究。获得燃用乙醇柴油/柴油时气缸压力、放热率、预混合及扩散燃烧持续期和热量分配、燃烧重心变化规律。与柴油相比,在转速为1 800 r/min,柴油机燃用三种燃料,负荷为25%的工况下,缸内压力差异较小,在100%负荷时缸内压力曲线差异增加。在25%负荷时,N5E10放热峰值>B10E10放热峰值>柴油放热峰值;在100%负荷时,柴油放热峰值>B10E10放热峰值>N5E10放热峰值。在转速为1 800 r/min,负荷为25%的工况下,发动机的放热曲线呈双峰分布,在其余工况下,柴油机放热两阶段的界限并不明显,总体呈单峰分布。乙醇柴油发动机预混合燃烧期缩短,预混合燃烧阶段放热量比例降低,扩散燃烧期缩短,燃烧重心更加向上止点靠近。The bench test was used to carry out research on the sensitivity of combustion of ethanol-diesel blends to the co-solvent. The changes in cylinder pressure, rate of heat release, premixing and diflhsive combustion duration, heat distribution and the center of combustion were obtained for ethanol-diesel blends and for diesel fuel without changing structural parameters of diesel engine. The results indicate that at a speed of 1800 r/rain there are small differences in the in-cylinder presstlre for three types of fuels. With 25% load, the comparisons of peak heat release rate are NYE10 2〉 B10E10 2〉 diesel and with 100% load, the comparisons of peak heat release rate are diesel oil 2〉 B10E10 2〉 NYE10. Under higher load working conditions, the heat release regularity of diesel engine presents a unimodal distribution. The premixed combustion period is shortened, the heat release ratio in tile premixed combustion phase is reduced and the diffusion combustion period is shortened for ethanol-diesel blends compared with diesel fuel. And for ethanoldiesel blends, the center of gravity of combustion will deviate from the top dead center with increasing load, and then will move closer to the top dead center.
