构建中原地区建筑企业科技创新体系的途径

摘　　要：文中指出了中原地区建筑业科技创新现状以及制约因素,阐明了科技创新体系的构建模型及主要内容,探讨了构建中原地区建筑企业科技创体系的基本途径,并给出建立新型人才管理机制、创建科技创新信息系统等相关建议。Through investigating some construction enterprises, this paper points out the present situation and restriction factors of the science and technology innovation system in Central Plains area, and expounds the construction model and main contents of the system. Then it discusses the basic way of constructing science and technology innovation system in Central Plains area and gives some relevant suggestions, such as establishing new management system and information system.
