摘  要:以含有空洞的红松木材为样本,利用形态学对木材重建图像进行轮廓平滑处理。首先,利用细胞的反向投影方法将木材断层图像进行重建,然后对所得到的边缘锐利、分辨率不高的图像进行形态学处理,最后得到轮廓平滑的木材缺陷区域重建图像。研究结果表明,利用形态学并在选取了合适的结构元素后可以将重建的缺陷图像更为准确的表现出来,证实了利用形态学处理后的重建图像缺陷部分更符合木材实际的内部缺陷;为木材缺陷重建图像的质量评估提供了方法,为今后木材缺陷监测仪的设计提供参考。The reconstruction image of a korean pine wood specimen with one hole was created and processed by morphology.First,the cells reverse projection method was used to reconstruct wood image,then the resulted image was processed by morphology to remove the sharp edges and improve the image resolution. Finally,the reconstruction image of wood defect region with smooth contour was obtained. The results showed that after selecting the appropriate structural elements the reconstructed defect image can be more accurately manifested by using morphology,which confirmed that the reconstructed image after morphological processing can be more in line with the actual internal defect. This research has provided a quality evaluation method for wood defect image reconstruction and a theoretical basis for the future design of wood defect monitor.
