摘　　要：CD36是一种跨膜糖蛋白,属于清道夫受体家族。其在体内分布广泛,可与多种配体结合发挥生理及病理作用。CD36同时作为一种脂肪酸转运蛋白参与脂肪代谢,其在肝细胞及脂肪细胞表达的变化是非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)发生的关键环节。本文将就CD36与NAFLD的关系及其在NAFLD中表达调控研究的近期成果进行综述。CD36 is a class of transmembrane glycoprotein,which belongs to the scavenger receptor family.It is distributed in various tissues.CD36 can play important roles in many physiological and pathological processes by binding to the ligands.As a fatty acid transporter protein,it is also involved in lipid metabolism.The abnormal expression of CD36 in hepatocytes and adipocytes is the key on the development of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD）.In this article,we will review the newly studies to introduce the relationship between CD36 and NAFLD and the regulation mechanism of CD36.
