摘　　要：将真空发生器安装在蒸脱机的烘干层,利用其抽真空的特性,降低该料层气压环境,实现工作腔体内负压工作状态,使豆粕中的溶剂在相对较低的沸点得到蒸发,便于溶剂的脱除;同时调整蒸脱机系统中其他料层的蒸汽输入,实现系统中各项参数的再平衡。实践证明,这种蒸脱溶剂的方法既能降低溶耗指标,又能减少蒸汽的消耗,真正实现了节能降耗的效果。Vacuum generator was installed in drying layer of desolventizer toaster drier cooler（ DTDC） to reduce the pressure of drying layer and achieve the negative pressure working state in working chamber using the vacuum characteristics of vacuum generator,which made the solvent in the soybean meal evaporate at a relatively low boiling point and facilitated the removal of solvent. At the same time,the steam enter of other material layers in DTDC system was adjusted to achieve rebalancing of the system parameters.The practice proved that this method of evaporation and removal of solvent could reduce solvent consumption and steam consumption,which truely achieved the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.
