急性胃炎应用奥美拉唑与阿托品的临床治疗观察

摘　　要：目的评析急性胃炎应用奥美拉唑与阿托品联合治疗的临床效果。方法从攀枝花市盐边县人民医院诊疗的急性胃炎患者中筛选98例作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组,每组各49例,对照组患者给予山莨菪碱与奥美拉唑联合治疗,试验组患者则应用阿托品与奥美拉唑联合治疗,观察并比较两组患者各症状的改善时间,并对临床疗效、用药安全性进行评析。结果试验组患者的临床总好转率为95.9%,明显高于对照组(75.5%);试验组患者的恶心呕吐、腹痛、腹泻等症状的改善时间与对照组相比均明显更短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的用药不良反应率为6.1%,明显低于对照组(22.4%)。结论针对急性胃炎应用奥美拉唑与阿托品联合治疗有助于迅速改善患者临床症状,且不良反应少,疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combined therapy of omeprazole and atropine in acute gastritis. Methods From our hospital diagnosis and treatment of acute gastritis patients screened 98 cases as the observation object, randomly divided as control group and the experimental group with 49 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given anisodamine and omeprazole combined treatment, experimental group application of atropine combined with omeprazole in treatment, the observation are all symptoms of patients improved, and on clinical efficacy and drug safety assessment. Results The patients in the experimental group the clinical total improvement rate was 95.9%, and the total improvement rate was significantly higher （P〈0.05） compared to 75.5% of the control group. Patients in the experimental group were nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other symptoms improved group and the control group were compared were significantly shorter; experimental group of adverse drug reaction rate was 6.1%, and adverse reaction rate for 22.4% of control group was significantly lower. Conclusion The combined treatment of omeprazole and atropine in the treatment of acute gastritis is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms, less adverse reaction, and improve the curative effect.
