摘  要:通过单因素试验和响应面试验对芦竹秸秆的碱预处理条件进行了优化.结果表明预处理最优条件为:处理温度为64℃,处理时间为26.5h,固液比为1∶22.2,氢氧化钠质量分数为1.24%,此条件下芦竹秸秆的失重率、纤维素、半纤维素、木质素的保留率分别为33.37%,97.77%,45.53%,26.73%.经过预处理芦竹秸秆,在最优条件预处理下水解产率为77.76%,比未处理秸秆的还原糖产量高0.66g/g.In a single-factor experiment and a response surface experiment,the alkali pretreatment conditions for giant reed(Arundo donax)stalk were optimized.The results showed that the optimal pretreatment conditions were as follows:reaction time was 26.5h,ratio of liquid to solid was 22.2∶1,NaOH concentration was 1.24% and temperature was 64 ℃.Under the above conditions,the weight loss rate and the retention rate of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin were 33.37%,97.77%,45.53% and 26.73%,respectively.After enzymatic hydrolysis,the lignocellulose hydrolysis rate of pretreated straw could reach to 77.76%,and the reducing sugar yield was higher than the untreated straw by 0.66g/g.
