摘　　要：作为一国政府形象的体现,代表国家与政府来行使职责的服务型公务人员,其形象礼仪问题越来越被关注。更好地提高自身素养、完善自我,塑造良好的政府公务人员形象的任务迫在眉睫。文章通过对比中韩两国服务型公务人员公众形象礼仪的差异,分析了我国服务型公务人员存在的不足,并借鉴韩国经验提出了提升我国服务型公务人员公众礼仪形象的方法。More attention has been paid to the etiquettes of the public service staff, who represent the governmental image of a country, and it is urgent to improve their quality, to perfect themselves and to create good images for the government. A comparative study has been made of the etiquettes for governmental public service staff in China and ROK, and measures are proposed by borrowing some ideas from ROK to improve the image of Chinese governmental public service staff.
