摘  要:目的:探讨羊膜联合自体角膜缘上皮移植治疗生石灰所致的眼化学烧伤的临床疗效。方法:笔者所在医院于2011年1月-2013年1月收治的生石灰所致的眼化学烧伤患者24例,均为全角膜烧伤。将24例患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组14例与对照组10例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予羊膜联合自体角膜缘上皮移植。比较两组视力;角膜新生血管、混浊度以及厚度情况。结果:治疗组与对照组视力比较,在统计学上(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组治疗后1月、6月角膜新生血管、混浊度以及厚度情况比较,在统计学上(P<0.05)。结论:羊膜联合自体角膜缘上皮移植治疗生石灰所致的眼化学烧伤,可以改善患者的视力,改善角膜新生血管生成、混浊度以及角膜厚度,疗效确切,值得临床应用推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the amniotic membrane transplantation combined with autologous limbal epithelial transplantation treating ocular chemical burn caused by lime. Methods We analyzed 24 cases who suffered from ocular chemical burn caused by calcium lime from January 2011 to January 2013,who were divided into 14 cases in treatment group and 10 cases in control group. Conventional medical treatment was given to the control group and was used and associated with amniotic membrane transplantation combined with autologous limbal epithelium transplantation in treatment group.We compared the vision,corneal neovascularization, turbidity and thickness in these two groups. Results The level of vision were different in groups(P 0.05). The level of orneal neovascularization,turbidity,and the thickness after treatment in 1 and 6 months were different in groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion Amniotic membrane combined with limbal epithelial autograft treating the ocular chemical burn caused by lime can improve the patient's vision,generated corneal neovascularization,turbidity and corneal thickness, curative effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
