单侧唇裂的红唇修复的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨单侧唇裂红唇修复的治疗方法,总结手术经验。方法:笔者对2009-2015年的334例单侧唇裂术中的红唇修复情况进行回顾性研究,对于三种红唇修复方法的手术效果进行对比总结。结果:术后临床效果满意率统计如下:1方法1:健侧干性红唇插入患侧,约为55.6%;2方法2:罗慧夫红唇修复方法,约为88%;3方法3:即将患侧的红唇干唇与湿唇共同形成一个大的三角瓣,约为65%。结论:罗慧夫红唇修复方法是临床处理红唇畸形的一种有效方法。Objective To investigate the treatment of vermilion repair of unilateral cleft lip,and get experiences of the cleft lip surgery. Methods 334 cases of vermilion repair of unilateral cleft lip from 2009 to 2015 were conducted retrospective research.We compared three methods of vermilion repair. Results The first method inserting the uninjured and dry lip into the affected side reaching about 55.6% achieved satisfactory effect clinically.The second method using the Noordhooff vermilion repair was about 88%.The third method putting dry and wet lip of the affected side together to form a large triangular flap was about 65%,which got the satisfactory effect. Conclusion The Noordhooff lip repair method was an effective method in the treatment of vermilion deformity.
