电离子机治疗唇线肉芽肿20例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：观察分析电离子机治疗20例唇线肉芽肿的疗效及不良反应。方法：选择笔者科室门诊唇线肉芽肿患者20例,清水洗唇部,75%酒精沿肉芽肿皮疹消毒,短火挡,调压5~6V,电离子针垂直进入唇线肉芽肿中心1~2mm,停留0.5~2s后拔出,形成一针尖样小孔,同时致灰褐色针尖样痂。约2周痂皮脱落,再观察2周给予第2次治疗,一般3次为1个疗程。结果：20例患者,基本痊愈14例（占70%）,显效5例（占25%）,总有效率为95%。结论：电离子机治疗唇线肉芽肿疗效确切,经济实惠,操作方便,适合各层次医师。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of electric ion operating apparatus for the treatment of 20 cases of tattoo granuloma of the labial line, and to define the operations. Methods 20 cases of tattoo granuloma from outpatients in our hospital were concluded. The lesion was prepped with washing and disinfecting with 75% alcohol. Ion needle, which regulated to adjustable pressure 5-6V and short-range fire, punctured vertically to the core of the granuloma in the depth of 1-2mm, and stayed for 0.5-2second. A taupe-colored crust was then formed in the pinhole. Two weeks after decrustation, which would cost about two weeks, a second therapy was performed in the same way. Three times of therapy made up one total course. Results Among the 20 patients with tattoo granuloma of the labial line, 14 patient（70%） were generally recovered, 5 patients（25%） showed effects. So the total response rate was 95%. Conclusion Electric ion operating apparatus is an effective, safe, and affordable option for patients with tattoo granuloma of labial line. Besides, it＇s easy to operate and suitable for doctors from different kinds of hospitals.
