舒适护理在外伤松动牙固定术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理在外伤松动牙固定术中的应用效果。方法:选取46例运用固定矫治器固定外伤松动牙的患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组23例。试验组采用舒适护理,对照组采用常规护理,观察两组患者焦虑、疼痛的发生率,患者对术后注意事项的知晓率和对护理工作的满意度。结果:试验组患者焦虑、疼痛的发生率明显低于对照组,患者对术后注意事项的知晓率和对护理工作满意度明显高于对照组。结论:舒适护理在外伤松动牙固定术护理工作中发挥着重要作用。Objectives To evaluate the effect of Comfortable Care in the fixation operation of traumatic teeth. Methods 46 cases using orthodontic appliance in the fixation of traumatic teeth were randomly and equally divided into experimental group and control group. Comfortable Care and conventional care were conducted respectively and the incidence rate of anxiety and pain and considerations of awareness and satisfaction with nursing work were recorded and compared. Results The incidence rate of anxiety and pain in the experimental group（21.7% and 17.4%） was significantly lower than those of control group（56.5% and 39.1%）. The incidence rate of the patients to postoperative considerations awareness and satisfaction with nursing work in the experimental group（95.7% and 100%） was significantly higher than the control group（78.3% and 87%）. Conclusion Comfortable Care played important role in the nursing work of fixation of traumatic teeth.
