摘　　要：目的:观察Quartz splint^(TM)高强度石英纤维牙周夹板治疗重度慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法:选取重度牙周炎患者48例,随机分为两组,每组24例。A组:在洁治,刮治和根面平整12周后,比较治疗前后的牙周探诊深度和牙周附着丧失情况;B组:在在洁治,刮治,根面平整和Quartz splint^(TM)高强度石英纤维牙周固定后,12周后比较治疗前后的牙周探诊深度和牙周附着丧失情况。结果:两组治疗前后的牙周探诊深度和牙周附着丧失均比治疗前有明显减少,比较有统计学意义。两组治疗后比较,B组较A组减少明显,有统计学意义。结论:对于重度慢性牙周炎,洁治、刮治和根面平整后患者牙周状况会有明显改善,对松动明显的患牙再辅以Quartz splint^(TM)高强度石英纤维牙周夹板固定,牙周状况改善更加明显。Objective To compare the clinical effect of splint^（TM） Quartz high strength quartz fiber periodontal splint in the treatment of severe chronic periodontitis. Methods 40 patients with severe periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups. In group A, scaling and root planning, and after 12 weeks of treatment of periodontal probing depth and periodontal attachment loss. Group B in scaling, root planning and Quartz splint^（TM） high strength of quartz fiber periodontal fixed and 12 weeks after treatment were compared probing depth and attachment loss before and after periodontal treatment. Results The probing depth and attachment loss in the A group and the B group were significantly decreased, compared with the treatment before, with statistical significance. In the A group and B group, the A group was significantly lower than that in the B group. Conclusion For severe chronic periodontitis, scaling and root planning periodontal status of patients will have improved significantly and obviously loose teeth and supplemented by Quartz splintTM high strength of quartz fiber periodontal splint fixation and periodontal conditions improve more obvious.
