肾脏嫌色细胞癌和嗜酸细胞腺瘤MSCT鉴别诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨肾脏嫌色细胞癌和嗜酸细胞腺瘤的MSCT表现及鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析20例肾脏嫌色细胞癌和13例肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤的CT表现并相互对比。结果肾脏嫌色细胞癌组病变较肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤组大。两种肿瘤内部囊变、坏死及钙化均无明显差异。嫌色细胞癌组CT增强扫描各期强化程度均低于嗜酸细胞腺瘤组。嗜酸细胞腺瘤组辐轮状强化及中央瘢痕出现的概率明显高于嫌色细胞癌组。结论 CT多期增强扫描有利于两病的术前鉴别诊断。Objective To investigate the manifestations of chromophobe cell renal carcinoma （CCRC） and renal oncocy- toma （RO） on multi-slice computed tomogram （MSCT） and its differential diagnosis between them. Methods Data of CT pre- sentations of 20 cases of CCRCs and 13 cases of ROs were retrospectively reviewed and compared. Results The lesions of CCRCs were bigger than that of ROs. The differences in intratumoral cystis degeneration, necrosis and calcification were not significant be- tween the two kinds of tumor. Enhancement was higher in ROs than that in CRCCs in all phases. The probability of emergence of spoken-wheel-like enhancement and central scar in ROs was higher than CRCCs. Conclusion CT multi-phase enhanced scanning is beneficial to preoperative differential diagnosis of these two neoplasms.
