法律文秘专业人才培养改革研究——以贵州警官职业学院为视角

摘　　要：调查及分析法律文秘专业人才的需求情况,明确公安院校法律文秘专业的定位与培养目标,以在此基础上提出人才培养改革的要点和开发项目化课程、制作专业学生学习手册、建立文秘实验实训室等专业建设意见。Based on the investigation into the social demand for legal secretaries and relevant analyses, the thesis aims to clarify the police colleges＇ orientation and training objectives for the specialty of legal secretary, and then puts forward the main points in the reform of legal secretary cultivation as well as offers the proposals to develop projectbased curriculum, making specialized study manual and build experimental training rooms for students majoring in legal secretary.
