武汉市某市场蔬菜农药残留的时序变化及其特征

摘　　要：目的探究武汉市某市场蔬菜农药残留的时序变化及其特征。方法 2009—2015年在武汉市某市场随机抽取196份蔬菜样本,采用果蔬农药残留速测仪通过生物酶法检测法测定蔬菜农药残留情况,应用卡方检验分析武汉市某市场蔬菜农药残留的时序变化。结果武汉市某市场蔬菜农药残留阳性检出率为17.4%~35.4%,武汉市的蔬菜整体农药残留总体水平明显受到当年叶菜类的农药残留水平的影响,并随其变化。叶菜类蔬菜农药残留在2009年分别与2010和2014年比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而根、茎、菌类蔬菜农药残留变化各年度比较,差异均无统计学意义。2009与2010年以及2014与2015年2个时间段蔬菜农药残留检出率比较发现,叶菜类农药残留情况变化大,而其他类蔬菜变化小。结论武汉市蔬菜农药残留存在一定时序变化特点,应加强对叶菜类农药残留的监测和监管。[Objective] To in vestigate the temporal variation and characteristics of pesticide residue in vegetable in a market of Wuhan City.[Methods] The pesticide residues of 196 vegetable samples selected randomly in a Wuhan market from 2009 to 2015 were analyzed by enzymatic method with electronic tacheometer and the temporal variation of the pesticide residue in vegetable in Wuhan was analyzed by chi-square test. [Results] The positive rates of the pesticide residue in vegetable in a market of Wuhan City were between 17.4% and 35.4%,and the total level of pesticide residue in vegetable was obviously influenced and changed by the level of the pesticide residue in leaf vegetables. There were statistically significant differences in levels of the pesticide residue in leaf vegetables between 2009 and 2010,2009 and 2014（P 〈0.05）,and the differences in levels of the pesticide residue in root vegetables,bulb vegetables and mushrooms were not statistically significant. In addition,the pesticide residue level in leaf vegetables showed greater vari ation than other kind of vegetables by the result of comparison between the two time segments（2009-2010 and 2014-2015）.[Conclusion] There are some temporal variation characteristics of the pesticide residue in vegetable in Wuhan City,and it is necessary to enhance the monitoring and supervision in the pesticide residues in leaf vegetables.
